 I am from kabacan, mindanao. I am a christian. I disagree with balikatan 2. I
disagree with war as the solution to the mindanao problem. Allow me to share
with you a history of this problem, in the hopes of shedding light and sympathy
for the people of mindanao. Since most of the decisions are being decided by
those from luzon and the visayas, this short narration is crucial. Keep in mind,
